The Studded Spiked Breast Binder is pretty painful and pretty painful! You control the level of pain with the fully adjustable leather straps. Theres one buckle in the back to control the length and theres one in the front to adjust the distance between the breast pads.

Inside each leather breast pad you will find eight devious sets of metal spikes just waiting to dig into sensitive breast tissue. It is a biting reminder of who in control.
