If you truly want to stretch this piece will get down and dirty and get it done!

Just slide the centering ring over your penis and insert the 2 probes into your urethra. Once fully inserted then start to tighten the wing nuts evenly and slowly until you get a taught stretch. Then look it in with the hex nuts and leave it on for a while. Do not tighten to the point of pain or you will tear your urethra.

You will probably be able to tighten it up some more very shortly and get it where you want it to be.

Do not ever stretch more than 2 mm at a time before thoroughly stretching the rest of the urethra with either a sound or Penis Plugs whichever you use.
